I spent the bulk of my day at GM (#a8cgm) in class today learning more about some tools that are helpful while troubleshooting a user’s problem, but aren’t always the easiest to jump into during a live chat unless you’re really comfortable with them. It was really helpful, so I’m looking forward to trying things out in a real-time support setting soon.
After class, I watched some Flash Talks (everyone is required to give a talk, up to four minutes) and caught one with Ghost Pepper info followed by a chance to taste one. And they got quite a few volunteers:
And when I was all talked out, I went to my room and watched the season premiere of The Walking Dead (followed by The Daily Show to cleanse my brain of zombie images before sleeping).
Catching up on The Walking Dead. Rick looks like a toddler who got into the bandaids. http://t.co/t1DK2kKsJO—
