My sister drove to Dallas this morning to visit for the weekend, so of course we had to take her to the pizza place we’ve discovered since the her last trip up. It’s amazing.
Cane Rosso‘s four locations around DFW make up four of the five places in Texas certified by the American delegation of the Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana for serving authentic neapolitan pizza.
I’d never had neapolitan pizza before trying Cane Rosso and OHMYYYYYYY. It’s so good. Full of flavor, and on the light side (for pizza at least). They bake their pizzas for at around 900F for about 90 seconds in a red oven you can spot when you walk in the door.
I seriously can’t say enough good things about this pizza. (Also recommend their desserts!)
